A perfect hideout in a very busy quarter of Brussels!

Comfortable bed. Nice shower/bathroom. Convenient location. Clean. Nice (continental) breakfast w/ real juice. Good price, compared to other options at time of booking.

These are just warnings, nothing inconvenienced me : No shampoo. However, friendly staff took care of this; only problem is they are not available in evenings. It's just a tiny thing that they ought to take care of. There is also a night shop just across the street to get anything like this. Also, no table in room (or anything to drop your belongings on, aside from the closet and a chair) - and no elevator. Overall, perfectly fine for 1-2 nights.

Rooms were immaculate, spacious and very comfortable - it was like 5* hotel service with all the charm and friendliness of a B&B. I will definately be staying here again. Great value for money

Just minor point: Bad room was a bit uncomfortable, shower not adjustable and nowhere to put your things.

Bright, white, very smart. Bright small breakfast room with a lovely 2nd floor terrace above the garden. Nice breakfast, with really good bread and organic milk. Good wifi.

The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms and shared spaces are cleverly and pleasantly decorated.

The room design was very nice and the hotel staff was very polite, friendly and helpful.

There was some noise from the general plumbing of the hotel. The room was a bit cold also (at least for a mediterranean..:) ).

There were not so many stands to leave things, however there were big closets.

I appreciated the style of the room, of the furniture, the care in the breakfast preparation, the courtesy of the person that received me.

This is a B&B rather than a hotel, just three rooms around a central breakfast area. There is no obvious sign on the outside, it just lokos like a normal house entrance. As it is a B&B and the owners don't appear to live there, thre is no-one there if you arrive later, the key and directions to the room are left on the table in the hall. This didn't bother me, but it might be an issue for those who prefer to talk to someone on arrival. It is owned by architects so is very modern and minimalist in design, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast area had tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was a good slection of breads, pastries, yoghurt and fruit.

I wasn't keen on having a fixed breakfast time, it meant I had to get up a lot earlier and had over an hour to kill before my meeting, which I would have rather spent in bed! I prefer hotels where you can choose when to eat in the morning. There is nothing wrong with this B&B at all. It was the only place available within my budget and if this is the case again I would stay there again. However, I would try to find a hotel first.

It was great to meet the hospitality of the personnel in B&B Urban Rooms, they were very friendly, very polite and very helpful. The room was big enough, very clean, very comfortable.

Superb, modern rooms, good breakfast, smooth WiFi connection.

I personnally had no luggage, but stairs are very steep, so one with heavy stuff should watch for that out.
